Hello all,

 

I am relatively new to the industry. My company name is Adams Carpet Care and as stated in my subject line, I service the GoIden Horseshoe area of Southern Ontario. I worked for several years as a repair technician repairing all kinds of cleaning equipment from carpet extractors to pressure washers, steamers, burnishers, walk behind and ride-on scrubbers, etc. In this role I gained a lot of knowledge of the equipment, chemical and so on. Still have much to learn. This forum is great as are it’s contributors.

I guess it is the economy, you're still luckier than me because my sales dropped by 15% this year, many of my resellers quit the industry because they weren't able to find clients due the economical conditions so yeah, I guess your problem is the same as mine. You can't really do anything against it, just wait patiently.
