77748,
You may wish to check out the Chem-Dry guys in the Bay area and see if they are up to date with Chem-Dry methods and equipment. The original Chem-Dry system was simple Rotary Synthetic Bonnet with their patented pre-spray which is basically now what Chemspec call D.F.C. When Dupont put into print that to maintain a Dupont carpet warranty your carpet required extraction at least every 18 months. This made Chem-Dry react and offer or force their franchise holders to upgrade to high-efficient portables with modified RX-20 units. This method would be hard to equal with a below average portable. Some dealers switched. Some still bonnet. But most charge more than the average going rates. Proves advertising works. Open letter to all... What's going on in your area with the Home Depot, Chem-Dry merge? I have heard nothing as of yet if any in Toronto. |

OP only guy, LOL, there are a lot of OP only guys and they do very well! LOL You can hose off your ass, if you want, but if you don't wipe it, you will still have a bit of a sh*tty problem Chris..
Ax to the Cimex and commercial, well the 20" Brute get up to 5000 square feet an hour on maintenance cleaning. Our largest market currently is selling brutes to Cimex users. They are DIFFERENT machines, Cimex is a great scrubber, and does a great job, so is the brute, the Brute has the added advantage of being able to run cotton pads and remove a lot of soil as well as encap at high speeds. As to residential carpets, here is what happened in Santa Cruz this month.:
