If you're looking locally, try Wesclean. BUT Ted will be a good help and good pricing.

Hi Dyna, Try Alberta Steamway in Calgary.  They have just moved  to new location.  They have an 800# but misplaced it  at moment. There carrying the Steamway, masterblend and a local  companies product lines. Prices I think are good. I find you have to double the recomended strength of fibrecleans products to work. All the best

Fibreclean is a good company, with good people and products and service. Are they the lowest priced company to deal with? No, but then again, they are very financially stable and you know they will be around far into the future when you need them. Something that may not be true when you always deal with the lowest priced distributors out there.

Who is the lowest priced distributor of glides?

I guess he might not be financially stable enough to be around far into the future.

How does the saying go "Live by price, die by price"

If the distributor is also the manufacturer of the glides, you have nothing to worry about. I was talking distributors that must buy their product from manufacturers. In that case, you are dealing with a distributor working with a very fixed margin to operate with. If he/she cuts the price on ALL products they sell too much, and makes no money selling, you will not have that distributor around for the long haul!

In the case of a manufacturer selling product into the marketplace, that manufacturer does not need to make a profit on the glides sold immediatly. He just has to make sure his distributors make money on the glides sold is all. As long as the manufacturer has his money being made elsewhere in his product line, he can wait for years if neccessary while his product wears down the competition and eliminates the competition in it.
