Two reasons and not the heat think a CDS's are good on heat now.  One don't like the fact of your van always running, harder on the engine.  Where the Nissan engine is a small tractor engine and is designed to run for long periods of time.  Also cheaper to repair small engines then the van engine. Second you cant get as big of a blower with CDS.   I worked for a guy with a CDS and liked the extra space but just little more planning with bigger TM.

That's one helluva setup, bryan. Just curious, and no offense intended, but why didn't you get a CDS to give you more room for your equipment? Not enough power/heat for you?

wast filter box
3 shelf chem rack
3 5gal solution  tanks
waster softener with brim tank
rx-20, rdm, wand, stairtool, uph tool ext. along with all the misculanious accessories  so set  up was very challenging to make all this fit, but some how I managed to get it all in there.  I debated back and forth over box truck, but IMO don't like the look of them.  I think a nice van in some ones drive way looks better then a big truck.  No offense robdabear6.  Also in my area of town you have to access the house though the allies which is tough enough with a van.  As far as performance it is top notch more suction that I can even utilize with one man, and heat is right on, the solution lines are burning hot to the touch, and if you touch brass you will get a nasty burn.  I have upgraded my lines to 311 deg lines do to the heat, and run long lines with out quick connects to avoid the chance of burning someone.  As far as any problems I have had only been a few minor ones, when I call Al he is more then helpful and fixes the problems asap.  So as far as support I cant be more happier, and I don't blame the problems on there build but more to the extream conditions truck mounts have to work under.  The reason I decided to got with the unit was more on the lines of the parts they used to make the unit were are very reliable and high end components i.e. blower, pump, engine ect.  When I received the unit, I the over all design could be a little more compact  getting the  wast tank behind the unit like most.  I do on the other hand like the space between the components as I do my own maintenance and repair, so would be willing to give up some space.  Hope this helps oh btw the unit is a gas engine, I ordered it with the Nissan due to the guys at my local supplier says the unit is bullet proof.  This engine as you probably know is used in almost every fork lift out there.  Only thing I may upgrade is goto air shocks on the van, the  kit goes for around $200 do to the wight of the tanks and machine.

That has been the story for years. Remember when the carpet mills were going to take over the whole cleaning industry!

Didn't happen!

I don't think everyone checks their ego at the door here--far from it--otherwise, yeah. Rob, probably shouldn't post when drinking. ;)

It is obvious we disagree on many fundamental levels both personally and in our business philosophy, so perhaps we should just agree to disagree and be done with it...I hope you prosper in your business and live a happy life.

Did you ever notice that the people that seem to be the most insecure about their intellectual ability tend to the ones that so quickly blurt out their qualifications?
