An innovative and well respected individual, a real loss to the industry, my  heart goes out to all those who feel the loss.
It`s not how far you fall...it`s how high you bounce back up...

I'm sorry for all those who knew him and feel the loss of his passing. I was just hoping eventually to meet him.

I too hope that Jim recovers from this. Having known Jim for 28 years now, I can say that I know few people that are as fine a human being as Jim is.

I am praying for Jim several times a day. I am just devasted by this and i'm not ashamed to admit I have shed tears a few times in the last day.

Jim is fun, hilarious, passionate, intelligent and socially conscious. the world is a better place when Jim is living in it. I pray for his recovery.

I have been a employee of Jim Darling for 18 years at Chemspec. He has been a great boss who I truly respect but also a good friend who I could talk to if I had a problem. I hope for a speedy recovery and my  thoughts and prayers go to the family and his father ken darling and his wife. The Darling family are first class people who I am proud and honour to work for.
