We see it all the time. The veteran carpet cleaner who, despite decades of wanding, still could not write a $1,000 check today if he had to. How does that happen? It happens when someone takes the attitude that they know it all or that they have seen it all.

No problem for me to write out a $1000 check. I have written lots of them. Now to write out a $1,000,000 check, that is taking a little longer than I thought it would.

Most carpet cleaners won't think twice about spending $200 on a wand or maybe even a cleaning course, but most would never consider spending $200 on a basic business course. Smile
