Hi everyone. Well I,m fairly new to this, yes I,ve cleaned carpets before with various types of borrowed or rented portables but I would,nt for one minute think I knew what I was talking about. Here are my questions. I have my own pre purchase home inspection business which I started myself and it is doing not too bad but does have it,s slow periods. I get a few requests about getting the carpets cleaned before clients move in. I feel I,m missing the boat here and should have the equipment to do this and have extra income. I have researched portables and could use advice on a good machine to suit my needs ( residential ) some commercial. Is heat a necessity ??   A good used one would be nice to find if anyone knows of any I,m leaning towards a Ninja or similar. Thanks this site is a gem to me I,m glad I found it. All advice is appreciated. Ken

Hi Magnum, To answer your first question is heat a necessity, the answer is absolutely. To answer your second question a ninja is a good machine. You should call Ted at Kleen Kuip he will definately help you in making the right decision in portables.Big smile
