Get the initial clean and than go back make sure they are happy with your service and than go for the ongoing maintenance program, the danger of selling the maintenance program first is you will end up doing the initial [correction cleaning] for a lot less than it is worth. If they don't make decision while you there call them back within 48 hours to see what is happening, don't forget while you are there that they have upholstered furniture/fabric workstations that may need cleaned, take the opportunity to let them know about all the services you provide.
do you write down what your going to do for them....Ie pre vac...pre-spray then extract...airmovers will be present for fast drying????

When I started my business in the early 90's, I spent most of that first  winter doing demos for commercial accounts. I didn't think things were working until late spring, and I was overwhelmed! Big smile

Every commercial job where I have done a demo, usually around 300 sq ft, I have been awarded the entire job. Some have been very lucrative. It definitely works for me
