You need many different weapons in your arsenal. All I'm saying is if you don't cold call than it is a missed opportunity. Target your cold calls and don't give up! Some of my cold calls didn't pay off for 4 to 5 years. Some of those were worth over $20,000. Just think if I didn't I wouldn't of got them. I hated cold calling! but it works.
