I'm a newby- been doing residential work for about a year -and just got a job doing the common areas (about 10,000 s.f.) in a relatively nice hotel.  Since I've done very little of this type of cleaning in the past, I was hoping for some suggestions or pointers.  I have a Prochem Apex truckmount and use an RDM on my residential work.  I also use primarily Prochem and Bridgepoint chemicals.  Thanks for any help!

i use Cimex for commercial jobs due to low moisture, quick dry and very little if any wicking, normal Sf per hour 1000-2000, hospital quiet, no hoses just thoughts for you down the road. For now Ensure you have signage if wet carpet is near tile, block off areas if posiable, of course do at a time when less traffic and air movers can be used.

Thanks for the input Jeff!  I don't know much about Cimex cleaning.  Can you or anyone else fill me in on it?  In the mean time I'll do some research.

You should do fine with your TM.. Dry times should be 1hr or less on CGD.. You can leave low moisture with a TM..

Equiptment is only 50% of your results... Heck.. I was getting fast DT's with my Recoil....

On CGD.. Whats so hard about that.. Technique.. Experience.. And of course a Powerful TM. Or padding (rotary/OP).  I've had them dry in 30min.. no bull!!

CGD always dries super fast, doesn't it? I'm always rushing to extract before the prespray dries.
