Illegal Dumping of Truck Mount Dirty Water

As we all know, portables have 'pros and cons,' and one of them is having to dump in the clients house.  As for dumping on the lawn, you had better get permission first as the average client thinks that you are killing their grass (and you might be).

Also, people who use portables all the time are perceived as not as professional as those with truck mounted units.  I'm not saying that they aren't as pro.  I'm just saying that the general public doesn't think so.

Dumping legally is an issue, but a small one.

My local carwash.... i wash the car every day + dumping + shiny truck! all for $5.

not sure if this was mentioned, Most cities have a dumpsite for septic dumping. Its likely free.... its usually just a big concrete pit where you just hang the drain hose into.  Maybe this is an option provided you are in close proximity to the site. 

Waste water HAS to be treated by a SEWAGE plant (SEWER LINES) or in allocated dump sites. I am sure your grass and plants love it, but imagine the havok it could cause in a stream bed, lake, pond, river etc. The resulting ALGAE BLOOMS could be devastating to NATIVE Fauna and Wildlife (fish, shrimp, ground floor of food chain) and THE AUTHORITIES could easily find out who dunnit, simply by walking up-stream until the ALGAE bloom stops. Kinda like a trail of bread crumbs right back to your beautiful green golf coarse lawn. Keep in mind, none of us need ANY agency on our rear ESP. someone like the DLNR & EPA big $$$ fines with little hope of a argument, not worth the green lawn IMO.

I agree lawn dumping is the best.  I read somewhere of requirements so many feet from street on no more then a -% grade... I cant remember the allowable grade but the idea is no runoff so I dump high in the yard.  I have a 30 gallon tank and need 2 dumps a job.  and yes lawns love it.  Just tell customers its required by city if they notice. 

This is my first post so hello all.. I was sighted years ago for illegality dumping since then I've learned to absolutly discrete. I dump on customers lawns they usually never notice and I've never killed a single blade of grass. Never ever dump in the gutter. I use a waste tank pump when I can. I dump in my own back yard and My grass loves the stuff. common sence should allways rule if your tank fills up in a bad spot you gotta find a place thats safe to empty it. Sewer floods are tough. You gotta be careful. Its a deal where you dont ever want to be seen doing it. Tough part of the job. Nearly impossible not to do it though.
