i asked a question before regarding OP cleaning and got zero response.does anyone here use this meathod of cleaning or just HWE.? i am just trying to find out the pros and cons of either system.thanks for your advise.

OP is great if the carpet isn't trashed.  In fact, tends to have a more uniform appearance when it's done, imho.

I used both for years, padiing definately has its place and more. Loved it for commercial carpet.
Could somebody just clean my carpets!

Use Op a lot in commercial not sold on it for residential. I am sure many think differently and think with proper training and the right chems Op can work in residential as well
