I had a Century Avenger 33(18hp) heat exchangers are junk, too much vibration, heat spikes are common(dump too much water or not enough) Noisy, however they are easy to work on and to get replacement parts. So if you don't mind turning a wrench knock yourself out!

If you are going to be operating the machine yourself it might not be a bad starter unit. It's power is limited but can be tweaked. However for that price there might be better units available. I found the Century line to be very finicky!

But it did serve its purpose. Juggle
