I like it for residential cleaning only and not if it's extremely dirty.
On commercial carpet it doesn't work so well.
It's big brother the RX-20 is more aggresive, works on residential and commercial carpet, but has a longer dry time.
Don't waste your time, or time will waste you.

I wish I would have spent my $3300 on something else, maybe a RV 360 and some shelving. I'm sure it has it's place, like in my garage while I'm out working.
Seriously, if the carpets not to bad, it's alright. Just not my cup o' tea.

go rotovac 360.  much more versatile. not to mention cheaper. you can also get the quick dry times just like the RDM.
