Nope!....never signed one!
besides it was my brother who I sold it to and he has since moved the company to another state, And is doing very good with it.
So do you have any input on the actual question?
I have $140,000 and Im going to start up again ....Its what I do best and enjoy the most.
I would like to see how others would proceed to launch a new company from buying new equipment (what kind) to advertising (in what and how much) to hiring staff etc.

I would like to see how you guys would build a new company with $140,000 to invest into it.....from equipment to advertising.(mostly residential w/some comm.)
I will go ahead and take this time to say "Hi" and Im new here but not to carpet cleaning....I've been into it for 24yrs and about 4yrs ago sold out....big mistake! I had three vans running and also did air duct cleaning....it was a good company and I miss the workout with the good income, plus it's in my blood....I'm getting back into it and wanted to see what may have changed in 4 yrs and how you would reload a new company.
Thanks for your input.
