HEY GUYS, IM JUST GETTING STARTED IN THE CARPET CLEANING BUSINESS, AND JUST WONDERING WHAT EVERYONE IS CHARGING. DO YOU CHARGE BY ROOM OR BY SQ FT? WHEN A CUSTOMER CALLS, I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE THEM A QUOTE OVER THE PHONE, IS THIS POSSIBLE WITHOUT SEEING THE CARPET? I FEEL I CAN GUARENTEE A JOB WITH A QUOTE OVER THE PHONE, RATHER THAN MAKING A SEPERATE APPOINTMENT TO GO LOOK AT THE CARPET AND GIVING THE CUSTOMER THE CHANGE TO CALL BACK AND CANCEL BECUASE THEY GOT A QIUCK QUOTE OVER THE PHONE FROM SOMEONE ELSE.
