It has always been interesting to me when I see great boards such as this one, with a hand full of terrific people who participate to share and exchange information of benefit to all reading, that there are an unbelievable amount who tune in but never ever comment. On a couple other boards, (sometimes referred to as obnoxious because one never knows who is going to blindside them--LOL) the problem is many have conveyed to me that they do not post because they "are afraid of the hassles/repercussions" if they do participate. Therefore, in each case, they tune in, take, and leave.

What amazes me is that these individuals (are supposed to be..) are self-starters and therefore, should have, the drive of a true "Leader"; and not a follower.
So, why do they not post? Why don't these individuals Lead and say whats on their mines to set the record straight , and stand up for what is right?
I guess we'll never know, will we.
Generally speaking, it has been proven that some people act like givers or like takers.

When they act like givers, they contribute to others without seeking anything in return. They might offer assistance, share knowledge, or make valuable introductions. And, most of all, they are their own person and do not have a hidden adjenda; they only want to extend themselves in helping. They are not selfish; they are true Leaders and will stand up to those who want to knock another down.

When they act like takers, they try to get other people to serve their ends while carefully guarding their own expertise and time. They always have a hidden adjenda that only serves themselves rather than others. They are selfish and probably never looked at themselves in the mirror because they themselves are afraid to!
Which one of the above descriptions honestly would you personally label yourself ? Or, would you just prefer to get upset at this writer for stating the truth?!

This will be interesting to see, as an example, how many will read this comment, but not post which will indeed prove my comments...unfortunately as it is.

Anyways, best to all;
Ed Valentine
