I've got a customer who wants their lobby cleaned 12+ times a year, and spotted weekly. That's fine, but I believe they think this will make their carpet last forever.

We do a few hotel lobbies monthly. Keeps them looking relatively good all the time. We all know they won't last forever

Have a Bonanza restaurant I clean monthly for the past 25 years. they have changed carpet 3 or 4 times due to remodeling but they have one of the cleanest restaurants around. As long as it is a good quality piece of goods and you don't overwet I don't know if I would worry to much .

I personally don't know if I would use my rotary on a carpet that often it may be to rough on it and cause de-lamination after awhile. IMO

Also in a lobby area. power vacing the carpet SUPER thoroughly before
each cleaning would be well advised. IMO
