The Oscar's are starting and what happens to all that red carpet the stars walk on before they enter the theater. Does it get cleaned by some lucky carpet cleaner or do they through it out every year?

I do it after the winner's parties I'm requested to attend. At $5000 an hour, I try to take my time.

It's all about who you know, not what you think you know.  Willy has a gifted mind.

I used to do these when I had my business in California, they would bring in the rolls on a semi, we would clean them, and wrap them and then they would come back and get them. They paid full price without any objections. Nice work, but you would be surprised how filthy they can get.

I'm surprised Padman with the dry climate that it wouldn't be so dirty. But sick as I am I actually looked at the carpet on TV to see what shape it was in and I could see black marks all over it. Hopefully that wasn't mildew that grew when they rolled it up still wet.

Well we certainly won't want things to stick to the bottom. Now would we?

Know better than to use a wand or roll up the carpet wet?

Or both the above?Guitar

About any of the foolishness that goes on or some of your insight into the cleaning industry. If you joined in January 2004 why have you not said anything in a whole year cmaster?

ADWA: I have spent most of my spare for the past 5 years lurking on all the BBs. I like this one cause almost everyone is Canadian or Kenadian, although sometimes it gets a little silly. I joined in Jan 2004, but forgot about it until Harry reminded me in a telephone conversation we had a few months ago.

Well we have something in common. I met Harry when we held a school for him in Toronto last year. I can't believe a year has past so soon. Harry is a great guy in fact we haven't seen much of him lately. I hope that means he is very busy promoting his Leather School.

Hello cmaster, welcome aboard. Don't remember if i was welcome. I think i was.

I'm not Canadian, I'm sure the ppl are as beautiful as your country.

I was born in the USA.  Any one like that song by Bruce Springsteen?

A good bunch of guys here.

I've never actually met Harry, but I called him looking for some CTI products. Seems likeable enough on the phone. Although you'd never know it by some of his posts here. He doesn't take sh*t from anyone. Definitely knows his stuff though.

The Beautiful People

The Beautiful People

It's all relative to the size of your steeple

John that was a song by Merlin Manson a Real Sicko Singer. This has nothing to do with what you said it's just that it jump into my head when you mention beautiful people.

Harry is a soft spoken, patience man who blow me away when he started posting here. I don't think I never appreciated his humor until then. The trick is not to take things to seriously. After all it's just the Internet.

Yes, harry has a great sense of humour. He posts some very funny pictures too. He may spend more time on the web than I do.
