All these truck mount guys here and high pressure BS yet I believe the Ninja 100 psi is still the best selling method of cleaning carpet.

Ted

(1) would you say the 100 psi is what you sell the the most?

(2) with all the fancy equipment around why is this machine still the #1 seller?

I admit my first Ninja was a 150psi and my second was a 100psi after that I went 500.

Dig around in the bush until you find a gully. There should be a moist area that will lead to a cave.(This may vary in size from bush to bush.) You may wish to wear a raincoat upon entering the cave.If you are a hunter, this will be a good place to hang your meat.

Willy,

Does this post have a double meaning? Could you explain it?

Also, if you are a hunter, be sure to shoot twice. And go deep in the bush.

I don't know Doug but I liked what Willy said, there are times when a 100psi is more than sufficient.

I can always adjust down to a 100 psi.  But I like to have many options available to me. At least in my bush.Guitar

My Dad use to make us watch Don Messier and his Jubilee, does anyone remember that on a Saturday Evening. Thank God I discovered boys and Saturdays started to mean something to me.

100 psi machines may be more popular because of the lower cost of the machines. That is the difference; therefore, don't always confuse 'whats popular" with "whats (much) better".

I used my portable for the 3rd time this year... 100 psi is more than enough... I have a 500 psi that I turn right down..

I hate having to fill the thing up and dumping the dirty water

that little Ninja is a big seller because it's cheap and a lot of people can get started into the business by getting one...personally, at 100psi if you are not careful, you might just get some water on the carpet...warm water at best...as for me, I'll stick with 550psi at 250 degrees (convert to metric if you live in Canada)...I work a lot less harder by letting the machine do all the "scrubbing"...my vacuum keeps up with the water flow and my drying time is less than 2 hours...and I don't have to spend all of that time filling and dumping, ergo (always wanted to use that word in a sentence) I finish the job faster...which pleases the clients...
