For those who use the OP cleaning method how do your prices compare with steam extraction? Do you charge more, less or the same.

I was not familiar with OP before today, but it sounds very interesting, especially since it's seems to be much less expensive to get into.

Samson, for those who offer both, OP should be offered at a 20-30% higher price, YET it costs you less.

The benefits warrant higher prices and if the customer think YOU believe in it, they will pay for it.

But if you have been HWE'ing for many years, and you charge the same price, they will go with what THEY think you are better at, so the higher price gives THEM more confidence.
