How long can you guys clean 5,000 sq ft of residential carpet that is moderatley soiled?

I can clean 5000 sq ft of moderately soiled carpet all day.LOL

Depends. Any furniture moving?? I just did a Real estate office a couple of weeks ago and it was about 5,000 sq ft. Took me about 4 hrs. by myself.

5000 square feet times the rate you are charging say 25 cent per square foot =1250.00 and if your goal is to maintain 125.00 per hour , anything less than 10 hours you are doing fine. IF you think you can do it in five hours you can still do it at 12.5 cents and still maintain your 125.00 per hour. It's all a matter of doing the Math.

work it backwards from what you need to make per hour.

What you are charging divided by the amount you wish to make per
hour gives you the number of hours for your goal.
