That's it, sell video camera's. Too late they have 4 million up in UK.

This is just one made on the same subject - Write them of as 'just another conspiracy theory' if you must but think about it first.

John: What alot of the USA and Canadian cleaners do not realize is how good many of the UK cleaners really are. The UK cleaners by and large have not had the powerful portables and truckmounts that guys have here till quite recently, and had to be better cleaners to compensate for that, especially in terms of being better at spot and stain removal. Add to that the fact that a much higher percentage of the carpets are high end wools, and the potential was much greater to get into trouble if one was uneducated in cleaning knowledge. When visiting your cleantalk board, I can discern this increased knowledge when scanning the cleaning posts.

Hi Ken,

That seems to be a pretty accurate assessment. Naturally we also have some 'splash'n'dash' operators.

One side-effect of having a high proportion of woven wool carpets is that we are frequently cleaning carpets that are 30+ years old. When I first started many of these had been maintained only with very low-powered vacuum cleaners and the amount of dry soil that was extracted prior to wet cleaning was quite amazing.
