Some TM's you can hear howling away for Blocks, others not so bad..

My first choice right now is Hydramasters Boxer 421, also considering Cleanco Challenger II., How is the noise factor for these?

alrighty, I have had my Boxer 421 in use for 1 week and very impressed at how quiet this machine runs, My Cross American Portable is actually a fair bit louder,  so I am a happy camper.  I am comfortable using this early mornings and late evenings or holidays.

It is good when you can answer your own question, isn't it?

Well I can tell you(after having done it 15 years) that the quietest TM is an ELECTRIC TM. We have decibel limits in our city and after 11 PM everybody else had to shut their TM down, except me. I was able to clean throughout the night wether it was cleaning restuarants or doing flood extraction in the middle of the night.

When my next Electric Tms are out you will be able to do this too.Smile

Someone posted a vid of their ETM and the high pitch tore my ears apart. You know which one it is Ken on the Recoil BB. Not the Recoil. Starts with a N.Confused And it was very loud like electric vac motors naturally are.Confused

My TM has a mellow rumble like a Harley.Cool Not the loud Harley's.Approve No high pitch
just raw mellow power.Big smile

I know what you mean.

Quiet operation from electric Vacuum motors is technology that is well understood. You only have to use it to get the silence.

I have the quietest porty in the world.  I plug it in and turn it on.  Not only is it whisper quiet, it is energy saving with no lights coming on.  Isn't that awesome?

And talk about easy on the natural resources.  The same water level I had after putting in the water last year has never moved.  It is so miserly on water I have never had to fill it up and talk about dry carpets.  I can't believe how dry they are.

It must also run on batteries because I have had the same result without even needing to plug it in.

Can I have the url to the electric Tms

Do a Google Search under Electric Tms. I am sure that some will come up. Many have been built over the years, but many went away when gas got cheap in the 80's and 90's. Now that expensive gas looks to be here to stay, you will see many more being developed in the years ahead.
