Thought that I would let you know how impressed I am with your HOS Orbot. Some of the really outstanding features are the EASE of operation and maneuverability and the fact that it can run the 17" and 21"pads is a real bonus. In some cases it is advantageous that the handle can actually fold down. The ability to run a variety of cleaning bonnets and pads allows one to choose the exact pad or bonnet for any particular job or carpet style. It is an excellent scrubber for doing tile and grout cleaning. For cleaning up after grout color sealing, it is the ultimate. The fact that the Orbot does not look like a typical floor polisher is an advantage of doing encapsulation carpet cleaning in homes. A lot of homeowners may have had the so-called dry cleaning on their carpets with poor results. So they are very wary about anyone coming into their house with a piece of equipment that looks like a floor polisher or scrubber. They think that you are going to dry clean as well. The Orbot NEVER gets mistaken for a scrubber or polisher in the mind of the homeowner. They certainly look different. The look and built quality is excellent.

We have been using our HOS Orbot for about 4 months now and I can honestly say it is the best OP machine we have ever used. It cleans like crazy, and is smooth and quiet to operate. We switch over to OP cleaning from hot water extraction several years ago and will never go back. We have several other OP machines and every day there is a fight with our guys as to which one gets to take the Orbot. It is one of the best investments we have made, keep up the good work.

I have always used 175 rotary machines. After buying a HOS OP machine, I couldn't believe the difference in the cleaning ability. Easy to use, easy to manuveur and it looks good too. I use the HOS to clean carpets as well as Tile & Grout. An all-around machine. Now my rotary has been sold and another Hruby machine has joined the family, The Orbot. Just when I thought things couldn't get any better!

Jeff and the guys at HOS are top notch. They were there for every question and even helped me with my cleaning techniques. They are very knowledgeable and always there to answer your questions. The HOS machines are a superior product and definitely worth the money. If you aren’t doing low moisture, I recommend you jump in. I make 3x the profit providing “dry cleaning” opposed to steam and the results using the HOS product and supplies are phenomenal!
