The Steamin Demon's Secret Is
Right At Your Water Source!
Let's be honest - the goal of
any carpet cleaning operation is to remove soil. the
more soil you remove, the longer carpets will last, the
better they will look and the more you will enhance
indoor air quality.
In order to increase soil removal the secret lies with water flow.
the more water you can flush the carpet with, the more
soil you will remove. The simple way to increase water
flow is to "hook up" to the water source in your service
closet or any other tap. Steamin Demon's patented High
Flow Extraction System offers cleaning professionals a
whole new cleaning technology by increasing water flow.
By combining extremely high water flow with superior
extraction (94% recovery), this ergonomic, fast,
light-weight, portable extractor ahs performance
characteristics that are unrivaled by any other
extractor. |

|
The
Steamin Demon High Flow Extractor technology will
transform the carpet cleaning industry. It will do to
existing extraction what the personal computer has done
to typewriters. No portable extractor even comes close
to the overall performance level of the Steam Demon. The
purchase of your first Steamin Demon High Flow Extractor
will render other systems obsolete. No other extraction
system can remove as much soil and dry particulate
matter from the carpets. The labor savings alone will
allow for the machine to pay for itself. Quick set up
and faster dry times only add to the most impressive
carpet cleaning that you have ever seen.
Today is the day to learn the secret to superior carpet extraction.
Test-drive a Steam Demon. We think that you will never
view carpet cleaning the same. After all - it's really
no secret at all! |

| Water
flow is key to soil removal |
The defining characteristic of the Steamin Demon II is the
high volume of water it delivers to the cleaning process. Why
is this important? Because in hot water extraction cleaning it
is water that carries the soil out of the carpet. |

Astonishing
test results
In 1998, three different tests were performed in
commercial settings, comparing the soil extraction
capabilities of the Steamin Demon to those of portable
walk-behind extractors. The Steamin Demon removed
between 1.82 and 3.08 times the amount of soil from the
carpets. Even more impressive was the amount of soil
removed per man hour: The Steamin Demon removed between
3.65 and 5.16 times the amount of soil per man hour of
the walk-behind extractors. The bottom line is that
high-flow extraction cleaning removes more soil from
carpet, cleans faster, and substantially reduces labor
costs.
If water flow
is so important, why hasn't it already been done?
For nearly 30 years, cleaning equipment manufacturers
have sought to improve cleaning results by building even
more powerful equipment - power for heat, pressure and
vacuum. Meanwhile, water flow - the medium that carries
suspended soil from the carpet - was maintained between
0.5 and 1.5 gallons per minute. Why? For a variety of
reasons:
- Concerns
about overwetting. More water delivered to the
carpet means more must be removed. Some vacuum
systems, especially those in portables, do not have
the capacity to effectively remove a high volume of
water.
- More
downtime filling and emptying tanks. Virtually
all conventional hot water extraction equipment -
both portable and truckmounted - contain holding
tanks both for fresh and recovered water. The more
water used in the cleaning process, the more
frequently these tanks need to be filled and
emptied.
- More water
would demand still more power. Since the 1980's,
most carpet cleaners have come to believe that
higher heat, pressure and vacuum produces better
results. And they do. In order to deliver these
benefits while using more water, dramatically more
power would be required to effectively heat, spray
and extract.

Today, even
the most powerful truckmounts operate using less than half the
amount of water the Steamin Demon does, and most portable
extractors operate with between 1/4 and 1/3 the water. |
Cleaning the Steamin
Demon way
One of the most important benefits of the Steamin Demon II is
found in its simplicity of design and function. Cleaning with
the Steamin Demon is a "snap." In a nutshell, here's
how it works: |
| 1. |
Apply
prespray using the automatic in-line prespray system,
and agitate. (Prespray products have been formulated
especially for use with the Steamin Demon II.) |
3. |
Within
a fraction of a second, it is vacuumed out of the carpet
and automatically pumped out of the recovery tank and
down the drain. |
| 2. |
Fresh
water is delivered directly to the machine from a faucet
hook-up. It is sprayed onto the carpet at a rate of
three to four gallons per minute through a high-volume
jet located under the machine. |
4. |
Tests
have shown that the super-efficient vacuum system has a
94%+ recovery rate. This is accomplished through the
unique, innovative design of the Steamin Demon vacuum
system. |
|
Higher
production rates save time and money
High water-flow rates coupled with a wide, 14.5-inch cleaning
path, and a system that eliminates any downtime to fill
and empty holding tanks, results in more productive cleaning.
In side-by-side comparisons, the Steamin Demon has
consistently produced double the production rates of portable
extractors.
Commitment to
excellence
The Steamin Demon II is built to exacting standards by Amish
craftsmen. It is backed by a one-year warranty on the
structural components and an organization that is totally
commited to ensuring that Steamin Demon customers are
completely satisfied - both short and long-term.
