Charlie of Mr. Clean It in Scarborough, Ontario was asked to try ECOgent on
carpets. Initially he was very skeptical and found the results okay, but he
was not overly impressed. Charlie was urged to continue using ECOgent2, and
after months of repeated use he is very pleased. ECOgent satisfies his
customers inquiries about the environment and about health and safety,
especially indoor air quality.
Charlie has found ECOgent to have superior results on light colored
carpets. They have a much brighter appearance after cleaning, which has
improved his customer satisfaction. When he pre-sprays and then extracts,
most of the carpet stains are removed, saving time usually spent spotting.
He feels there is a very fresh clean smell after cleaning -- not at all
offensive.
Charlie wants all his customers to know that he is using ECOgent in all his
carpet cleaning applications, not only because it works, but because it is
the right thing to do.

| Bryce Harris Clean' and Brite
Bryce specializes in O.P. cleaning of
carpets (Bonnet Pad Cleaning) He spoke to Ted Harding at Kleen Kuip and
decided to try ECOgent for carpets in his application he normally uses a
internationally well known carpet product which works very well, however it
does contain solvents and has a high P.H. Bryce waited until he had a
difficult carpet to clean which had many stains . He vacuumed the carpet
first and cleaned one section with his multinational brand using pad method
dipping pad and spraying the carpet with electric sprayer. In another
sectioned he added a rinse with extractor. With the ECOgent he followed our
recommendation of 2 oz per gallon of water in both the electric prepay unit
and the bucket for pre-wetting and rinsing pads .He waited an hour or more
and inspected all three sections of carpet and was amazed that the sectioned
cleaned with ECOgent carpet cleaner looked brighter and cleaner than the
rest of the areas cleaned . Bryce also was amazed that ECOgent worked so
well at such a very low concentration 2 oz per gallon of water and he is
looking forward to saving money and not having to be concerned about indoor
air quality or making customers uncomfortable with lingering odors after
carpet cleaning.

 Dwight
MacCraken, who works with SMS Modern, Canada's largest National Building
Cleaning Service provider, was asked to try ECOgent Carpet Cleaner in
several large applications. Dwight's responsibilities include Health and
Safety, WHMIS training, and general co-ordination of cleaning service jobs.
His conclusion? Dwight is delighted with ECOgent Carpet Cleaner. ECOgent
Carpet Cleaner has answered his clients' desire to have no scent or odour
after carpet cleaning. It works as well or better than previous products,
and he needs only one product for all his carpet needs. ECOgent also
provides solid evidence of his commitment to being environmentally
responsible,
Dwight is also very pleased to be able to use a cleaner certified by
Environment Canada's Environmental Choice program, and specifically products
certified under Criteria PRC-097 "Cleaning Products with Low Potential for
Environmental Illness and Endocrine Disruption".
Dwight's tests for ECOgent Carpet Cleaner included a building with 107,000
square feet of carpet. The building is in operation seven days a week into
late evening, and carpet stains are occurring constantly. Previously they
had great difficulty removing stains without making the carpet look uneven.
There was always a noticeable odor after cleaning. They had tried a number
of products and techniques all with disappointing results.
To test ECOgent Carpet Cleaner in this application, the recommended
dilution was prepared (64 parts water to 1 part ECOgent Carpet Cleaner).
Carpets were first dry vacuumed. Most stained areas were then sprayed and
allowed to sit for 15 to 20 minutes. Then the entire area was bonnet
cleaned. Difficult areas were cleaned with pre-spraying and extraction.
The results were very favourable: |

 Carpet appearance
was significantly improved compared to results with other products.
- Fewer stains reappeared.
- The carpets dry vacuum well and are not rapidly
re-soiling.
- There was no detectable scent or odor after
cleaning.
- The client was satisfied that an effective solution
to a difficult carpet maintenance problem had been found.
(One reason ECOgent2 Carpet Cleaner works well in this
application is because of the concentration used. Using ECOgent2 at 64 parts
water and 1 part ECOgent2 for spraying the stains, pre-spraying traffic
lanes and bonnet cleaning is extremely economical. ECOgent2 does not
contribute to the contamination of indoor air quality, and it brightens
carpets and helps to maintain consistent appearance with less re-soiling.)
 Dwight's second test
for ECOgent Carpet Cleaner was the annual carpet extraction in a large
building with more than 400,000 square feet of carpet. Cleaning staff were
well satisfied with using ECOgent and the client was also pleased. The
contractor staff was especially pleased that there was no odour and that he
can feel good that all that waste water he puts down the drain is not
harming anything.
One stain of unknown origin did not come out, and some severely worn
entrance traffic lanes (an annual problem) needed more work. Dwight is
interested in trying the ECOgent restoration procedure on these areas
(scrubbing the carpet with a rotary machine with a 10 to 1 dilution of
ECOgent Carpet Cleaner, followed by thorough extraction).
Dwight estimates that in this test building there was a chemical cost
savings of 50% using ECOgent Carpet Cleaner this year compared to last
year. The contract manager is expanding the use the use of ECOgent Carpet
Cleaner to as many facilities as possible.

a "NAME" to live up to! After experimenting with ECOgent for the first time
in my home, I was amazed that it seemed to work like an enzyme based
product. The carpet appeared cleaner as it dried! I've been using it for
over a month now and think it's an awesome product. In our industry, its
good to have a cleaner that is as versatile as ECOgent.

Wow! I have used ECOgent 3 times now and continue to be
amazed at the results. I have a six month old Bison Frise dog and a six year
old girl. Between the both of them, there is at least one stain a day. Well,
this past weekend my dog got sick and threw up all over the house. Not to
mention the urine stains that he left with it. So I sprayed on ECOgent, let
it dwell, and pulled out my Recoil 3HP. Results: Amazing! This product seems
to work like an enzyme based chemical. It seems to become cleaner as it
dries. This is definitely going to be one of my main cleaning products from
now on.

ECOgnet I was very skeptical and used it only as a spotter on white wool
carpets. I have become very comfortable with my results and now use ECogent
for everything including all my delicate upholstery cleaning. This truly is
a 4 in 1 product. I no longer purchase deodorizers, browning treatment,
pre-spray or rinse agents. I'll bet you wished you never introduced this
profitable product to me as you have cut my chemical cost by at least 50%.
