Air -Assisted Electrostatic
Spraying - What will it do for you?
 MAGNETspray produces a
highly charged, high-speed air stream that applies chemicals
up to 70 times more efficiently than conventional sprayers.
A revolutionary patented nozzle design used compressed air
and advanced solid-state circuitry to produce a 12-foot
plume consisting of very small, like size, electrically
static charged droplets. The perfect cloud of evenly spaced
droplets is attracted to targeted areas like a magnet,
wrapping around the tops, sides and bottoms of surfaces to
provide a superior uniform coating. This remarkable
phenomenon is called electrostatic "wraparound". It has been
used for years in the automotive industry as a superior
method for painting cars, commonly referred to as
electrostatic powder coating. It is this electrical force,
40 times greater than gravity, that pulls the spray towards
the surface, evenly delivering the chemical to every corner,
crivice and hidden areas usually unreachable with
conventional sprayers.
In addition to superior
coverage, the electrostatic "wraparound and high-speed air
stream work together to prevent excessive spraying, waste
and off-target drift. Application time is faster and there
is less re-work and cleanup. The bottom line, MAGNETspray is

Conventional spray methods
spray straight ahead with no wrap. The spray deposits are
blotchy and don't cover hard to reach areas.
MAGNETspray creates an
electrostatic charge forcing the spray to wrap around the
surface coating to even hard to reach areas. The evenly
spaced, identical sized droplets provide uniform coverage.
