Carpet Cleaning
Step 1: Pre-vacuum: Pre-vacuum carpets if needed to pick loose dirt and small objects.
Step 2: Prepare cleaning solution: Depending on soiled condition. Dilute water up to a ratio of 1:15
Step 3: Application of cleaning solution: Spray solution with tank evenly over desired cleaning area.
Step 4: Glider Disc: Place glider disc on the carpet. Use 3/8 glider for higher pile carpet 1/4 disc for low-grade carpet, i.e: berber and commercial carpet.
Step 5: Terry Pad: Place terry pad over the glider disc assuring that the disc is properly centered beneath velcro facing up. * Important: Terry pads work best damp. Do not over saturate the pads with excess amounts of water. Saturating the pads with too much water may decrease the overall performance of the machine. Pads work best right out of the washing machine.
Step 6: Machine Control: Place machine over terry pad. Assure that the center of the brush driver sits directly over the glider disc. With left foot, release foot pedal while simultaneously pushing handle slightly forward then back to lower it into the desired cleaning position. To turn machine on, place knee under the stainless steel pole. Lift upwards lightly and turn the power button to the on position. Move machine either forward and back or side to side. you do not need to strain your arms, simply walk with the machine using your hips as an equilibrium.
Step 7: Removing the terry pad: To remove the terry pad simply turn off machine and return the handle to its upright position, locking into place. Lay back the machine to the floor and pull terry pad and disc off. Repeat the steps above using clean side of the same terry pad.
Hard Floor Surface Cleaning
Step 1: Application of solution: Apply solution to flooring the same as mentioned above in step 2.
Step 2: Scrub brush: Take off brush driver and replace with scrub brush. Push scrub brush on to brush cup assuring that the brush has been pushed thoroughly into place.
Step 3: Machine Control: Simply work machine over desired area to be scrubbed.
Step 4: Terry Pad: After completion of scrubbing, take off scrub brush and replace the brush driver. Place machine over terry pad. Do not use the glider. Work machine to absorb all that has lifted by the scrub brush. Pads are machine washable. Use regular detergent and bleach.
