The New 4005X Tri-Lobe Blower,
developed exclusively for Hydramaster by Tuthill provides
increased displacement for high CFM, yet emits less disturbing
noise than other number 4 blowers. While other blowers use
grease fittings, the 4005X employs an oil bath for greater
unit life and less maintenance.

A unique, mid-priced slide-in with big machine vacuum performance and heat. Powered by a 21HP Briggs & Stratton engine, this new truckmount features new vacuum blower technology not previously used in the carpet cleaning industry. The innovative Dominator™ 4005X Tri-Lobe Blower delivers increased CFM air displacement with improved noise dampening. The Boxxer’s innovative heat-exchanger system gives the operator the option of adjustable temperatures, 15 degrees hotter than any other truckmount in its class.

find the standard equipment ADC, Automatic Diverter Control a
valuable feature. Unlike many units on the market, the
Boxxer's heavy-duty diverter is designed to last and won't

instead of the typical Two-Lobe construction. The

blower that you never have to grease. In addition, the
unit comes standard with a 70 gallon Recovery Tank,
Last-Step Chemical Injection and 1,000 PSI Water
System.
The 21HP Briggs and Stratton
engine has been refined with an exterior oil cooler
and powers a unique new 4005X Tri-Lobe Blower
developed exclusively for Hydramaster by MD
Pneumatics. This new blower has airflow capability
that provides plenty of CFM for those long runs of
vacuum hose and it's quieter than any blower system
we've ever used.
The water heating system of the
Boxxer incorporates Hydramaster's latest engineering
for superior performance. The heat-exchanger system
incorporates a continuous, high-capacity stainless
steel coil as well as a high-pressure tube and fin
exchanger to give the operator the option of
adjustable temperatures 15 degrees hotter than any
other truckmount in its class.
When fitted with the optional
Diverter Package, you get Hydramaster's ADC, Automatic
Diverter Control system. This feature allows teh
Boxxer to deliver precise temperature control without
dumping hot water into the recovery tank like other
machines.
Operating pressures on the
Boxxer are adjustable up to 1000 PSI for hard floor
cleaning needs as well as pressure washing. Other
great features of the Boxxer include Last-Step
Chemical Injection and a large, 70 gallon Recovery
Tank. Options include a Diverter Package for flood
damage work, an Auto Pump-Out system or a special
Fresh Water Tank that can be mounted under the
machine.
