Sometimes it's the simple things that make a truckmount easier to work with and operate. The Genesis-nXT front control panel is just such a thing. Unique to the Genesis-nXT are the new fittings that enable our exclusive Mulit-Temp cleaning system which allows two cleaners to operate at the same time with different temperatures! A high pressure outlet for col water allows you to perform cleaning and pressure washing when heat may be detrimental (decks and wood surfaces for example). Of course, being a Genesis-nXT, you can pressure wash up to 3,000 PSI either with or without heat. Another unique outlet is the dedicated upholstery outlet. This outlet delivers cleaning solution at temperatures ranging from 170°-190° for cleaning upholstery or delicate fabrics. Our exclusive Mulit-Temp cleaning system will allow one cleaner to operate the standard hot water quick connect and adjust his temperature from 160°-250° while another cleaner uses either cold water or dedicated upholstery outlet. Lastly, the front panel features our exclusive Maintenance and Fluid Drain Ports allowing you to drain your engine, pump and blower oil from the front of the unit. No other truckmount in the industry delivers these exclusive time-saving and convenience features and no other truckmount delivers the performance of a Genesis-nXT!

Innovative Features

Innovation has been a key factor in our success. When the Genesis was first introduced it was the only truckmount in the industry to operate at high pressure and even today it remains the king of high pressure cleaning machines by providing heated pressure washing capabilities that no other truckmount can come close to. Our Steady-Temp II exhaust diverter system has been in use for over 3 years now and was one of the first of its kind. Additionally, all PowerClean Industries units feature our exclusive EZ-Change front mounted fluid and maintenance ports that allow you to quickly and easily change your vital fluids from the front of the unit without making a mess. Genesis-nXT units also feature a dedicated upholstery outlet that provides a constant 180°-190° which means that one technician can turn up the heat for cleaning that filthy carpet while still allowing another tech to safely clean upholstery at the appropriate temperature! The first Genesis was built in 1995 as a project for a large cleaning firm that was fed up with high maintenance, low performance equipment. They wanted a machine that was simple, easy to maintain and could blow away the competition. Eventually, the first Genesis was installed and sent out across the country to be operated 16 hours a day by as many as a dozen different employees. In time, numerous Genesis units were delivered and installed and we decided it was time to bring the Genesis to a wider audience.

To date, Genesis units have been sold in numerous countries to hundreds of cleaners, several city and state agencies and even the US Government. To the best of our knowledge, every Genesis that has ever been built is still in operation in the field today. Quick and easy removal of the lower font panel reveals the Steady-Temp exhaust diverter system, blower, pre-heater and exhaust heat exchanger. The diverter system can be rebuilt while in-place in the unit.
