John: I usually to attempt to explain what I am going to do to keep them within their budget. Like traffic areas instead of moving everything. maybe just clean the areas that need attention instead of areas that can wait. Try to justify why my price is what it is and why.If everything fails I guess they had better go with Sears and have their bank account cleaned along with their carpets. I quite often ask people being from a small area just what they ended up paying the low ball room cleaning champs. I am still waiting for an answer from anyone. I guess that is answer enough. Guitar
