The Customers ALWAYS RIGHT in their own minds.

However, it is up to the Professional to educate them sometimes, on the different aspects of our profession. That has to be own duty and we are bound to that if we are to build a solid and reliable reputation.

Now, on the other hand, there are many instances when a customer saids "Paint my house red", we may clean our ears out and shake our heads, but will at the sametime, proceed with their requests with a hugh smile on our face.

Hey, it's all money in the long run.

Just wondering your thoughts on customers....When i first started in this labor intense biz a friend (bizman) said always remember that

"the customer is always right"....

Customer not prospect or some dipwad on the phone asking obnoxious questions....

I know NR has something good to say about this.........

How do you all treat your customers....They are gold to me...

Whatever they say when I am in their home I pretty much will do...You all know what i'm saying................Right???????????
