I joined this forum for the expertise of it's members.  It's truly a disappointment when members actively "slam" one another.

A critical issue for business is finding the problem, correcting the problem and satisfying (as much as reasonably expected) the customer.

Regardless of the reason for the failure of Ken's equipment, he made good for his customer.   That's the key for customer satisfaction.

Not made by me Mr. Patel. The machinist that made those was fired for that poor quality product. Neva was given Free Glides for as long as she is in this business as a result.
