One goal of any business should be to build a business so great that somebody comes along and makes you an offer you just can't refuse.

I have a friend who had a manufacturing company in Etobicoke, he thought the thing was worth about 1 mil, sure as sh*t some American comes along and offers 11 million. Soon as he got off his chair they started to work the deal.
