Sounds like your valve seal. You have new one coming..Next time take it apart and replace O rings...Might all it was.. What brand kingston, pmf.???

Trashed carpets I use Enz-All from chemspec...and if you add a dash of citra pure BAM!!! cleans up fast...

My wand is 3 months old and it broke. The water keeps spraying out as if I am holding the trigger. I called the company I bought it from and its still under warrenty. They are mailing me new brass fitting for the trigger (The whole mechenism) and all I have to do is mail them back the old one.

What is the best built to last wand on the market. Also is the best pre spray for really dirty carpet.
