I am always suprised to hear other cleaners tell me the don't do any or very little commercial work. They will say how commercial doesn't pay well or pay to slow. Commercial work is just like residental there good accounts and bad ones. If you are ignoring commercial you are losing out.

It is also a great way to pick up residental work. I just did a 13000 sq ft home. I got that account because I do two small offices of a lawn mowing service once a month for $55. But they often refer me to properties they manage almost always its very high end stuff.

I also clean a large hotel which is a 25 to 30 grand a year. I am there every week sometimes twice a week. I do both of the owners multi milion dollar homes and the always refer me to others. To get paid all I do is turn in an invoice when I am there a check is waiting for me when I leave.

I do alot of other commercial work because of this I am busy year round.
