On our GM vans we removed the rubber mat than the sound suppression. Install the plywood, put a good heavy coat of sealer on the plywood than reinstall the rubber mat. But since it is a FORD I don't think they are worth preserving?? Just kidding.]]>

Also said to use 1/2 inch.&nbsp; Then of course install the indoor/outdoor carpeting.<br><br>I am installing a boxxer 421 in a ford e-250 extended van.<br><br>Thanks for all your help!<br>]]>
