It's nice to have the availability of that overdrive suction but&nbsp;a lot&nbsp;cleaners prefer to keep it simple with only one electrical cord and most are always looking for lower, lower pricing.]]>

You simply cannot do business any other way in our industry as it's too small and bad news travels fast.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV><strong>Other things to look at:</strong></DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><OL><LI>Are you running it with extention cords?</LI><LI>If so, is the gauge of the cord higher or lower than the units cord?</LI><LI>Are you operating your unit in older building corridors? They are generally wired for vacuum cleaners.</LI><LI>Are you attempting to run this with a new brisk shampoo brush with harsh brissels? Brush should be broken-in on concrete first to eliminate sharpness.</LI><LI>You say you can't return it. Have you spoken with the manufacturer about this? As they are a long standing company and are always willing to oblige.</LI></OL>]]>
