I used to clean all the small jobs that did not pay much where driving was a factor.. You can't expect someone to put in 4 hours and get paid for two. You will have to setup a min that you will have to pay them when there is only one apt. Who pays their guys travel time?
We spend a great deal of time going to different jobs, I am currently paying by the unit, (2 bdr apartment or equilivent.) and some guys say they want to be paid by the hour. but they sure like it when we have 10 units at 1 bldg.
How do you work your pay schedule..?
