CRI- It means something for many people but means nothing to me other than another corporate structure in its early stages that does more harm than good in several cases.  The initial intent is fantastic. To develop a general plan for good carpet cleaners to follow sounds great in all its honesty. 

But then its gets warped in a money gathering frenzy.  The rules are twisted to gather more money for the corporation or "organization" as it is called in the early days.  Thus ".org" was announced.  In the end it turns into a money making empire with lies and little regard for anyone but the "machine".  But by then its to late.  They have too much money and power, and awe their customer with multi million dollar tv adds filled with promises.
