A Apt. Complex contract is ending and through the grapevine I hear the owner is looking for a different CC'er.. He has many apt's..
 
Anyone have a professional proposal they can share? I need to get this one..
 
I have 3 apt owners now.. Thats not many but I'm more on the res & restaurant side..
