evening all

 
cleaning a house today when another ccer checks into my van.  tells me his method of cleaning out does any other method there is guaranteed sell.  so of course i ask him what he does and out comes the porty info.  but the funny thing is he does a demo of his LIGHT and HEAVY cleaning processes which are of course 2 different prices.  he does this in the custys living room and when the 5 min demo is done the custy has no choice but to say finish the job cuz it really looks stupid the way it looks now. forces them to finish it.  good idea i guess but then i thought about the demo thing and laughed cuz i actually cleaned a house last week with a big DEMO spot in the middle.  guess he wasnt that good after all.LOL  ever hear of this kinda crazy crap?  any other weird crap you run into?
