Here we go again, now Shaw Carpets will demand that only IICRC Certified Firms can clean their carpets and still maintain the warranty.

This will take effect as of 2008. Clean one and have a problem and you are not IICRC certified and they will throw the claim right back at you.

Next IICRC certified techs will have to wear a shaw badge. Sort of like the Dupont days.

So what.

None of the customers receive their warranty papers let alone read it.

How many people read their warranties for anything until there is a problem with it?

The carpet stores have no idea what the warranty is so how do you expect the consumer to know?
