I barely got a contract for 500 apartments and I barely started with three vacant ones. But I had the manager call me today telling me that one of the apartments had white powder that came up after the carpet dried  . Has this ever happened to any of you guys or any ideas why this happened? anything will help , Thanks.

STEAM KING,

It is possible that you over-soaked or over pre-sprayed with an incorrect product.

Sometimes we over-do thinking we will get better satisfaction. Will it now vacuum up? Maybe vacuuming before cleaning is your answer. Wow, maybe this could be a whole new trend.
