Ted, if you could only come with the magic formula to getting clients to have their carpets cleaned, you could sell out all the equipment and chemicals you have and make a zillion dollars selling the MAGIC FORMULA to us carpet cleaners that have wasted tons of money on a lot of so called get all the customers you can handle with our secret solution. 

There is no one real solution to this topic other than doing great work, and working your satisfied clients to obtain referrals, and this will than become the life blood of your business. It takes time but it works and does not cost all that much, people who have gone this route do not spend anything on advertising
