57 calls is less than 1%...  but with a 70 dollar job average... I think I did ok....

I booked more than Sears and ServiceMaster.. and I did it with out Kel and his grand advise..

I did what I set out to do... get the phone to ring... I offered great service and will reap the benefits soon enough

You could have inflated those figures just to make
youself look better and take less heat. It takes a man to tell it like it really
is, even if you get some heat.

57 calls later... which still is pretty small... but it's only going to get better

Doug,

Decency, civility and a little BS Mixed in once in awhile, for good measure
what more can we ask for.??

Answer: Spring weather and a lot of dirty carpets , owned by rich people
who just got a referral from a friend.

Last of the snow will be gone by morning and it is getting nice here.
a week to dry up and some will start calling . I hope.
