I'm in San Diego, been cleaning carpets for ChemDry almost ten years,and I've decided to go out on my own. My business partner and I areequally experienced, but only with ChemDry. We were dead set on buyinga ChemDry franchise, but I've recently had a change of heart,especially after seeing the DriMaster technology. *drool* I think I mayconvince him to go independent.

So, I'll be on the boards looking for some advice and offering inputanytime I think I'm qualified. For me, it's an issue of having plentyof experience without the benefit of formal cc education/certifications(yet). My feelings regarding cc methods are pretty simple: anyestablished method has its place. At the end of the day, it takesquality equipment, quality products, and quality workmanship. Theprofessionalism and competence of the carpet technician is paramount.
