The room isn't rubber no, but the voices just don't stop.

I run a commercial cleaning business and prospect for new businessdaily, so i see alot of strange people. As far as my postinghabits...just trying to keep it interesting. I find the best way to getpeople to open up and talk about their experiences, is to ask indirectquestions.

It's not quite Commercial Glue Down Anymore. I went to a prospectivecustomer today, he was interested in my services and when i mentionedthe carpet cleaning, he dragged me into a room where the carpet is nowhard floor. He wants to pay to have it cleaned, but i'm not sure it'scarpet anymore. It probably was commercial glue down, about 20 yearsago, but now it looks like a dry spot on your lawn.

Should he just replace it? DUMB QUESTION I KNOW, but am i going to beable to clean something that has no fiber left? If so, will a wandwork? Thought everyone would get a kick out of this, I'm pretty surei'm just going to tell him to replace it.
