It explains everthing you need to know. Ask for the S500 Standard and reference guide for professional water damage restoration.&nbsp; The mold situation.&nbsp; Well Jodi you can be named in a law suit for just taking the carpets and doing what you are doing. If it was as simple as you would like it we would all be rich. Get the manual and get it fast.&nbsp; and most importantly CYA before you get hung.&nbsp; You may be doing this work because other companies have walked and would not do as the homeowner wanted.&nbsp; You are supose to be a compentant contractor.
